01Scope of these terms
These terms govern your use of the website at eucpd.com (the “site”). Our courses, enrolment, payment and certificates are delivered on a separate learning platform at learn.eucpd.com, which has its own terms shown at the point of enrolment. Where those platform terms conflict with these, the platform terms apply to the course you buy.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
02What EUCPD provides
EUCPD publishes structured continuing professional development (CPD) courses for regulated professionals, principally across the European Union and the United Kingdom. Each course states the frameworks it addresses, its level, its delivery method and its value in structured CPD hours.
The site itself does not process payments. Course browsing, the obligation finder, the CPD calculator and lead forms are informational tools to help you choose; purchase happens on the platform.
03Recognition and CPD hours
One structured CPD hour represents 60 minutes of delivered, structured instructional time. Whether a body accepts a given course toward its CPD requirement is a matter for that body; you should confirm with yours if you are unsure. Our methodology is set out on the Recognition page.
04Pricing
Individual course prices are computed from a single figure: one structured CPD hour is one credit is €20. A course’s price is its CPD hours multiplied by that rate; a five-hour course is €100. Sixteen courses are free. Corporate credit packs are priced separately and are described on the For organisations page.
Prices shown on the site are indicative and are confirmed at the point of enrolment on the platform. We do not run percentage-off sales on the individual list price.
05Live cohorts
Some courses run as instructor-led webinar cohorts. Registering interest in a cohort is free and non-binding: no payment is taken and nothing is owed until a session is confirmed. A session confirms when six participants are confirmed. If a session has not reached six participants ten days before its provisional date, you may choose the next date, the self-paced equivalent at the same price, or withdraw owing nothing. We do not cancel a cohort without offering you that choice.
06Intellectual property
The site, its text, graphics, the framework register and the course materials are owned by EUCPD or its instructors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and, where a control is provided, download materials for your own professional development. You may not copy, resell, republish or use them to build a competing product. Certificates are personal to the named holder.
07Third-party links and the platform
The site links to the learning platform and may link to third-party sites. Following a link to the platform or to a third party takes you to a service with its own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
08Disclaimers and liability
Course content and the obligation finder are educational and are not legal, regulatory or professional advice. The finder is indicative only. You remain responsible for meeting your own regulatory obligations.
We provide the site with reasonable care but do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, EUCPD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they were last reviewed. Material changes will be notified on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
