Jurisdiction-neutral

International standards.

Courses written to standards that do not belong to one country — the FATF Recommendations, the Basel Framework and the Wolfsberg Principles — and to genuinely jurisdiction-neutral practice.

Some obligations are international by design. This catalogue carries the courses that teach jurisdiction-neutral standards honestly — the 40 FATF Recommendations, the Basel III/IV prudential standard, and the Wolfsberg financial-crime principles — rather than dressing up one country’s law as universal.

Where a course teaches a national framework, it lives under that jurisdiction, not here. We tag a jurisdiction only where a course addresses that jurisdiction’s law by name; an EU course is not a UK course. How recognition works →

Jurisdiction-neutral courses appear here as they are tagged. In the meantime, browse the full catalogue.
